Pinterest is my crack!
For the moment at least. I have only made my own pin once due to me using my iPad all of the time, and not being able to bookmark the Pin It page. BTW, if anyone knows how to do it, let me know. Now that I’m 21 pounds down, I can salivate over food on the site, and find good healthy recipes and fitness tips.
Did I mention the fashion! So many pictures of awesome clothes, both fantasy and real life! I would think we’re all stylists looking at this site! I love it!
OAN: my bed has been made every day since January 2nd. They say it takes 21 days to create a habit…I think it stuck! Thanks Bassey and UFYH!

This has probably been the largest part of my weight loss journey… cutting out processed foods and added sugars.
After seven hours of plant-based-diet documentaries last night, I can wholeheartedly say, I’ll be adopting this as a major part of my life from now on.
We have to go grocery shopping every week because we don’t buy processed foods. Thus, we eat everything we buy and what we don’t eat spoils.
Pro Tip: If your food has an expiration date of longer than a month… ITS NOT FOOD.
